Muay Thai is a striking martial art originating from Thailand. Also known as the “art of eight limbs,” in our classes you can expect to learn how to effectively punch, kick, knee and elbow. We have classes catered to beginners, our fight team, and everyone in-between.

HiiT - Strength and Conditioning
In our strength and conditioning classes you will get a full-body workout. High intensity and interval focused circuit training will help you build muscle, lose weight and become an overall stronger and healthier version of yourself.
Youth Muay Thai
Our youth program focuses on building discipline and self-confidence through Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu fundamentals. Our kids coaches are knowledgeable, patient and fun!
